Lovullo was inducted into the Buffalo Baseball hall of fame in 2003 after having played 3 seasons for the Buffalo Bisons while helping the team to 2 straight league championships. The Bisons won the American Association championship in 1997 and the International League's Governors Cup in 1998. He was named MVP of the playoffs in 1997.
