 Trivia and Player Notes
Derek Hacopian began his professional career in the Cleveland Indians organization in 1992. Hacopian played for five major league organizations, including the Milwaukee Brewers, Detroit Tigers, San Diego Padres, and Montreal Expos.

During his five year minor league career, he was a three-time League All-Star as an outfielder. He compiled a lifetime batting average of .311 with 60 home runs and 251 RBIs.

His professional career was cut short by a knee injury. He later ran a baseball clinic.
