Kevin played short stop for Sierra College before signing and becoming a versitile player who could play any position on the field. Kevin played the 2001 season starting at Rookie ball in Missoula, Mt. with the Diamondbacks organization. After three weeks, he was called up to A ball in South Bend, In. where he didn't get much playing time, but was an asset when he did get in. He played half the following season in South Bend before getting traded to the Rockies organization where he played two seasons in Asheville, NC. After his tour with the Rockies organization he took a year off due to injury. Then, in 2005, he went to the newly formed Golden League where he was the everyday second baseman for the Surprise Fightin' Falcons out of Surprise, Az. There, after a hot start, he eventually hit .248 with 26 RBI's and 2 home runs all the while playing a stellar second base. This concluded his professional playing careeer but he has since signed with the NY Mets as there Northern California area scout and now resides in Roseville, Ca.
